REFUND POLICY
We strongly believe in our products and want everyone to be happy with their interaction with us. Therefore, if you purchased one of our drinks and were not satisfied, we’ll gladly refund you, provided you have not used more than half of the product.

EXPECTED PROCESSING TIMES
Once we receive a request for refund via e-mail we will process and approve it within 48 hours. The time it takes to receive the product depends on your exact location, but should be anywhere between 4 to 10 days. Once we receive your package as required we will issue a refund within 24 hours. After your refund is issued, please allow 3-5 days for it to reflect on your bank statement.
Thus total waiting time can be anywhere between 9 and 18 days.
RETURN PROCEDURE
1. Email us - support@teonan.com and state your order number and desire for a refund. Also, if you don’t mind, we’d really like to know why you want a refund so we can learn and improve - it’s not required, but appreciated.
2. Once you’ve received confirmation from us, please return all the unused product to the following address:

Please note that return shipping is done at your own expense - we do not offer return shipping labels.
3. Please send us your tracking number to ensure we receive the package safely.
4. Once we receive your package, we’ll immediately issue a refund. Please allow 3 - 5 days for it to show up on your bank statement.
